Networking

When I got this assinment, I decided to build beneficial for my future relationships. Since I have been always interested in architecture and wanted to apply my major to this field, I tried to find some opportunities to do so in college.

I started from my iteammates. All of us have different majors, but we share one interest- architecture. Who knows where we will be in ten years, in what fields and positions. This network(iteammates) can help me in projects related to not only architecture, but also civil engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering and ECE. This way, I organized with a couple of my new friends from the iteam a chem study group. We are going to prepare for exams together. This is how I worked on my network during the first week.

The second week, I had a few appointments with my advisers in CS and Engineering Hall. I asked them  how I can connect CS to architecture and whom I should talk to. They electronically introduced me to a couple of professors. This way, I talked to professor Hart who supervises graphics courses and projects. I'm very excited about graphics. I understood that this is what I really want to do in the future. Furthermore, the professor and the CS adviser are willing to help me with organizing my syllabus to take more graphic courses; and I can e-mail them if I have some questions. I'm still waiting an e-mail from the architecture professor. This part of my network is important for me, because I need a complete answers on my questions. I have answered only on the CS part.
